Introducing the new, new! - Mercy’s Mane

Introducing the new, new!

We'd like to welcome the latest addition to the Mercy's Mane Hair Care Collection. The theme behind this latest release was to bring you the ultimate satisfaction of having super soft hair that smelled good, felt good and did good to the environment.

Both products derive their goodness from nature to nurture your hair in the most loving way possible. It just so happened that we are also releasing these two goodies just in time for Valentine's Day!

First meet 'Marshmallow Delight, Hair Softening Cream'. This beauté harnesses its silk-like feeling from the cold-pressed Amazonian seeds of the Cupuaçu tree. This butter is ultra soft, creamy and nourishing to absorb water and protect your hair. This deposits long-lasting moisture in your hair. We've also teamed this up with Marshmallow Root known for it's super slippery mucilage. We wanted to give you the best detangling experience so the added slip will help you glide through your knots and tangles. Our leave-in also features Macadamia Nut Oil cold-pressed from the nuts of the Macadamia nut tree from Hawaii! We chose this for its reconstructive and hydrating benefits. The high fatty acids coats the hair shaft making it shiner and stronger. Lastly, we've added Vitamin E which is a natural antioxidant an essential nutrient for stronger healthy hair.

This luxuriously creamy leave-in also doubles as a rinse-off conditioner for those with thin or super short hair. I recommend that you apply to your hair after shampooing then rinse out after 5-10mins. You will still enjoy the ultra softening benefits.

Next, meet 'Aloe & Rose Coil Enhancing Gel Soufflé'. It’s pink! Gorgeous, pearlescent baby pink! This is bound to bring that element of fun to your hair styling ventures. We’re pleased to let you know that this was achieved without any synthetic dyes. Our promise to create natural, safe and non-toxic hair care still stands.

Personally, I've always wanted to experiment with gel in my hair but have either found them too sticky, greasy and didn't actually work to define my type 4 hair. My focus with this product was to hydrate the hair whilst also defining my kinks and coils. If you have 4b hair you'll know the struggle as our hair type tends to lack any uniformed pattern. I've found this gel works incredibly well on freshly washed or wet hair. I'll definitely be reaching for this to attempt wash and go's, define the ends of my puffs or to keep the ends of my braids/twists from rubbing against each other.

Aloe Vera and Rose water work wonderfully well to hydrate the hair leaving it feeling soft and manageable. Surprisingly, this gel also leaves an incredible shine on the hair which is an all round win!

I'm super excited for you all to try these products and can't wait to hear what you think! This Valentine's we're taking time to show love to our kinks and coils.
